Requirements
- Full, unrestricted clinical license in Illinois: LCSW, LCPC, LCP, LMFT, or LMHC, 2–4+ years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred, Experience treating individuals with both behavioral health and chronic medical conditions preferred, Strong commitment to serving diverse or underserved populations, Comfortable with technology and experienced in telehealth service delivery, Strong documentation skills and knowledge of state regulations and clinical ethics, Ability to exercise sound independent clinical judgment
