Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and oversight to APCs and nursing staff
- Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for APCs and perform regular chart reviews
- Conduct physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe and dispense medications as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic medical records
- Educate patients and families on chronic disease management, prevention, and wellness strategies
Requirements
- Board-Certified <a href="https://medicalrecruiting.com/family-medicine-recruiting" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Family Medicine Physician</a> (required)
- Active Wisconsin medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
- –4 years of post-residency clinical experience
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
- Compassionate, approachable, and team-oriented demeanor
