About This LTC : LPN Role
Provides safe and appropriate nursing care to adult and geriatric residents based on their individual needs. Provides direct and indirect nursing care according to established policies and procedures and under the supervision of an RN. Works closely with RNs, physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare team members. Maintains current nursing knowledge and skills through continuing education and in-service training.
