Responsibilities
- Provide primary care and integrative medicine services to a panel of membership patients
- Develop and manage personalized treatment plans including bioidentical HRT, IV therapy, and peptide protocols
- Order and interpret advanced functional/lab testing
- Counsel patients on nutrition, sleep, stress, and lifestyle interventions
- Collaborate with the supervising physician and clinical team
- Maintain accurate, timely chart documentation
Requirements
- Active Texas NP or PA license in good standing
- Board certification (FNP-C/FNP-BC, AGNP, or NCCPA-PA)
- DEA registration (or eligibility)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Interest in functional, integrative, or lifestyle medicine
- Comfort with HRT, IV therapy, and weight-management protocols (training available)
