Responsibilities
- Provide adult primary care services, including physical examinations, health assessments, and chronic disease management
- Diagnose and manage adult ADHD cases
- Perform complete history and physicals (H&Ps) for new and established patients
- Collaborate with a team of medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Manage patient care plans, prescribe medications, and maintain accurate medical records
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with patients
Requirements
- Required Qualifications:
- Current New York State PA license (active and in good standing)
- + years of adult primary care experience strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and patient needs
