Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive adult primary care, including exams, health assessments, and chronic disease management. Perform detailed H&Ps for new and established patients. Collaborate with our mental health team to provide integrated, whole-person care. Prescribe medications, create treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation. Build long-term, trust-based relationships with patients. Focus on adult ADHD management (training provided if needed).
Requirements
- Current NY State PA license, active and in good standing. 2+ years of adult primary care experience preferred. Experience in ADHD management is a plus – we'll train the right candidate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility and a patient-first mindset.
