- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Texas, Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in post-acute, rehab, or long-term care settings, Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred, Strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills, Proficient in clinical data interpretation, KPI monitoring, and workflow optimization, Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
