Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, identify care needs, and develop individualized plans of care.
- Continuously reassess patients and update care plans based on changes in clinical and behavioral needs.
- Coordinate nursing care with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Provide psychiatric, emotional, social, spiritual, and physical support to patients.
- Maintain a safe, secure, therapeutic, and recovery-focused environment.
- Provide milieu management and support patients in both individual and group settings.
Requirements
- Active RN MI license
- BLS from AHA
- New Grad or 2 pulse years of Psych Exp
