When you apply to a job, save a search, set up a job alert, contact us, or interact with employer or candidate features, you may provide name, email address, phone number, location, professional credentials, CV or resume, work history, and other career-related information.
- Information collected automatically. We collect standard log information (IP address, browser type, device, referring URL, pages visited, timestamps), cookies, and analytics signals to operate, secure, and improve the platform.
- Information from third parties. We may receive information from employers, recruiting partners, credentialing services, and other network sources where you have engaged with them or where it is necessary to fulfill a role you applied to.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate Medical.Careers, deliver job search and matching, route applications to employers and recruiting partners, send job alerts and account communications, improve content and platform features, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. Where you have applied to a specific role, we share the application materials with the employer or recruiting partner posting that role so they can evaluate your candidacy.
How We Share Information
We share information with employers and recruiting partners in the context of your applications and engagement, with vendors that operate platform infrastructure (hosting, email, analytics) under contractual confidentiality obligations, with affiliates inside the MedicalRecruiting.com network where necessary to deliver services, and where required by law or to protect the safety and rights of users. We do not sell your personal information.

Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Medical.Careers is intended for adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
International Users
Medical.Careers is operated from the United States. If you access the platform from outside the U.S., understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers are located.
Changes to This Policy
