These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Medical.Careers, operated by MedicalRecruiting.com, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Eligibility
Medical.Careers is intended for adults using the platform for lawful, professional purposes related to healthcare careers, hiring, or related services. By using the platform you represent that you are at least 16 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for safeguarding your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform. You will not (a) post false, misleading, deceptive, or unlawful content, (b) impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your credentials, (c) scrape, copy, or harvest data from the platform without our written permission, (d) interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the platform, (e) circumvent any access restrictions, (f) use the platform to transmit malware or to harass, defame, or harm any person, or (g) use the platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Job Listings and Applications
Medical.Careers aggregates job listings from credentialed healthcare employers, hospital systems, ambulatory groups, and recruitment partners within the MedicalRecruiting.com network. We make reasonable efforts to verify listings but do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or current availability of any specific posting. Employment decisions are made by the employer or recruiting partner posting the role; Medical.Careers is not the employer.
When you apply to a role through Medical.Careers, your application materials are shared with the employer or recruiting partner associated with that listing. Your relationship with that employer or partner is governed separately.
Employer Terms
Employers and recruiting partners who post listings represent that the listings are accurate, that they have the right to recruit for the position, that they will treat applicant information lawfully and confidentially, and that they will comply with all applicable employment, equal opportunity, and data protection laws. Paid employer services are subject to additional terms agreed at the time of purchase.
Content
Editorial content on Medical.Careers (including blog posts, career guides, and salary context) is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, employment, or career advice. Compensation ranges and outlook information reflect publicly available data and operating insight at the time of writing and will not be accurate for every individual circumstance. Verify any decision-relevant information with qualified professionals and current sources before acting on it.
Intellectual Property
The platform, including the Medical.Careers name, logo, design, and editorial content, is owned by MedicalRecruiting.com, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of platform content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use consistent with the platform's intended functionality.
Third-Party Links and Services
The platform contains links to third-party websites and services, including employer career pages, recruiting partner sites, and other properties in the MedicalRecruiting.com network. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedicalRecruiting.com, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedicalRecruiting.com, Inc. from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the platform at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
