We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Assistant to join our fast-paced, patient-centered practice in Boulder, Colorado. In this role, you will serve as a vital liaison between our patients and providers, ensuring smooth clinic operations and the delivery of excellent patient care. Our practice is a world-renowned leader in surgical care, committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for both patients and staff. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with a schedule of 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required, Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Patient Care Technician (PCT), or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) credential strongly preferred, Graduate of a recognized Medical Assistant or clinical support training program, Minimum 2 years of recent clinical or patient care experience in outpatient, hospital, or surgical setting preferred, Experience in surgical practice (plastics, urology, or similar specialty) highly desirable, BLS Provider credential from American Heart Association preferred, Bilingual in Spanish (speak, read, write) strongly preferred, Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills, Proficiency with EMR systems, Mac, Office 365, and related technologies, Strong commitment to patient-centered care, professionalism, and teamwork
