Responsibilities
- Prescribing medications and managing comprehensive patient treatment plans
- Performing trigger point injections and other minor procedures
- Conducting thorough patient consultations and follow-up appointments
- Collaborating with the supervising physician and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care
- Maintaining accurate, detailed, and up-to-date patient records in compliance with all privacy and security regulations
Requirements
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Virginia
- DEA license, or the ability and willingness to obtain one
- Strong clinical skills and a demonstrated passion for providing high-quality patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
- Experience in pain management, orthopedics, or urgent care is preferred but not required
