Responsibilities
- Supervise daily clinic operations and team performance
- Train and coach Medical Assistants and Patient Coordinators
- Manage scheduling, workflow, and patient satisfaction

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Certified Medical Assistant (preferred)
- + years of healthcare experience, including 2+ years in leadership role (preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel locally as needed
