We are seeking three highly motivated Sales Representatives to join our dynamic, remote sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving growth by generating new business and building strong relationships with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). Your primary focus will be on cold calling SNFs across an assigned multi-state territory (4–5 states) to generate leads, set meetings, and help expand our network. Responsibilities
- Make high-volume cold calls to SNFs to identify prospects and schedule meetings for sales leadership. Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute a territory-specific sales plan. Maintain accurate and organized records of all outreach and progress using spreadsheets. Report weekly progress and insights during team sales meetings. Represent the company at 2–3 tradeshows per year, networking and promoting our solutions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in healthcare sales, ideally selling directly to health systems. Experience with DME, National Home Health Providers, ACOs, Signify Health, or similar organizations strongly preferred. Demonstrated success selling to SNFs, managing sales teams, and consistently meeting or exceeding quotas. Strong existing network of care management directors, healthcare executives, and decision-makers. Background in marketing, liaison, sales, or care management roles within SNFs or hospitals.

- Base Salary: $75,000 annually. Performance Incentives: $500 per facility ($250 paid upon successful onboarding and an additional $250 retention bonus after 12 months of active status).
