Responsibilities
- Build and maintain real-time operational dashboards using data from EHR, scheduling, revenue cycle, and financial systems
- Map and analyze end-to-end workflows to identify inefficiencies and execute rapid-cycle process improvements
- Identify revenue leakage, track charge capture gaps, and build utilization and capacity models to link operational behavior to financial outcomes
- Build dashboards for longitudinal care programs (CCM, RPM, AWV) and identify care gaps affecting outcomes and reimbursement
- Collaborate directly with executive leadership to build the organization's enterprise operational intelligence and process management infrastructure
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on U.S. healthcare operations experience (non-negotiable)
- Demonstrated experience with U.S. healthcare clinical/operational workflows, revenue cycle processes, and EHR/EMR data
- Advanced Excel proficiency is required and will be tested (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling, dashboard creation)
- Preferred: Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker; healthcare dashboard development; and Lean or process improvement training
- Must be able to translate data into operational action and be comfortable being tested on real-world scenarios
